    Before your first visit

    Walk-ins

    Welcome on weekdays before 3. Weekends are usually booked, so call first.

    Running late

    Let us know. Past 15 minutes, we may need to shorten your service or move you.

    Cancelling

    Free up to 24 hours before. Later than that, there's a $20 fee.

    Clean tools

    Metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave and opened in front of you. Files and buffers are new every time.
