Terms of Service

NexLobby provides a fully managed AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers your business phone calls 24/7, books appointments, takes messages, sends text confirmations, and transfers calls when needed. NexLobby also designs, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses. We handle all setup, customization, forwarding, and ongoing maintenance.

Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee. AI receptionist service is $299 per month after a 30-day free trial and includes up to 1,000 call minutes per month; additional minutes are billed at $0.15 per minute. Website plans are billed monthly starting 30 days after your website goes live. You may cancel any service at any time.

There is no monthly charge for the first 30 days, and your one-time setup fee is permanently waived. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel anytime during the trial — no questions asked. No payment is required to begin.

• Provide accurate business information via the onboarding form.
• Forward your business phone number to our system.
• Maintain an active payment method.

• Complete setup and go-live within 48 hours of receiving your information.
• Maintain high uptime and respond to support requests promptly.

You may cancel anytime, no questions asked. There are no setup fees to forfeit. After the free trial, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will assist with data export and forwarding reversal.

We are not liable for missed calls due to carrier issues or incorrect forwarding. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

The AI system remains our property. You receive a limited license to use the Service during your subscription.

We do not share your call data except as required by law. Recordings are stored securely for 90 days and then deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
